Launch of the THRIVE Framework for system change

The new summary booklet outlining the THRIVE Framework for system change THRIVE team. This is the new accessible summary of the Framework that is mental health support.

The booklet breaks the THRIVE Framework and Principles down into an accessible format, including case studies and practice examples. The Framework provides a set of principles for creating resource-efficient and community-wide mental health support for children, young people and families. It aims to talk about mental health and mental health support in a common language that everyone understands.

Salford Thrive Network - October 2018

The focus of the session was the GM Crisis Care pathway, how the new pathway will work, which services will be involved and the planned roll out of the service in 2019.
