Online suicide awareness training session which takes 20 minutes to complete.

Description

It aims to give people the skills and confidence to ask someone if they are thinking about suicide and to offer them support.

Outcomes

• I can recognise potential factors that may lead to suicidal thoughts
• I can begin a conversation about suicide
• I can help someone who is struggling with suicidal thoughts
• I am aware of more advice and help for appropriate support and can tell people where to find this
• I am able to take care of my own wellbeing when supporting someone else
