Delivering the Agreement
The Salford Agreement was signed off by Government and the city council on behalf on the partnership in March 2007. Since then, the partnership has been focusing on delivering the objectives in the Agreement.
Because compiling delivery plans is a challenging process, a team of Neighbourhood Renewal Advisors (NRAs) led by Cliodhna Mulhern assisted us to do this.
The NRAs helped us to use a methodology called Floor Target Action Planning which involves using as much evidence as possible to assess what interventions will work. Going through this process will ensure that we will be able to say with certainty that we are doing the right things to tackle the city's issues.
The delivery plan was signed off in early autumn 2007.
